Shipping policy

Shipping Speed -- Orders received by 2:00PM EST, Monday-Friday for in-stock items will ship same business day.  In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM EST will ship next business day.  Items eligible for free shipping will ship via UPS Ground.  Orders will typically ship from Traverse City, Michigan however we also ship orders occasionally from our Texas and Connecticut locations if required to fulfill an order. Transit times typically vary from 1-5 business days for UPS Ground. If a faster shipping is required please select a faster option at checkout. Please check UPS.com for estimated delivery times to your location.

Out of Stock Items - Inventory is updated in real-time on our store. Item stock status is available on the item's description page near the item price. Orders that are not in stock will be placed in an "On Order" status. You will receive an email confirmation that an order is "On Order" after checkout. The items will be shipped when they arrive back in stock. Items not in stock typically have an estimated ship date listed on the item page near the price. The dates listed on our site are estimates that may change based on the manufacturer's shipping timeline. You may cancel an unfulfilled order at any time for a full refund.

Address Changes - You may request the ship-to address be changed for your order by emailing info@mobilemusthave.com. Address changes can only be made on orders that are not already processed for shipment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed. 

Partial Shipments - Shipments will not be partially shipped unless requested. Additional shipping charges may apply to split shipments if the value of each shipment does not meet the minimum requirements for free shipping or if the customer elects expedited shipping.
